As a competent and highly experienced event service partner we are happy to submit a meaningful offer to express performance and salary costs based on an hourly or daily bases. This will involve an analysis of the individual product specific requirements of your company.
Eventually arising costs or expenses like travel or hotel expenses that occur due to the project are to be compensated by the client.
Any external services (e.g. participants accommodations, transport and travel services, staff, equipment, artists, decorations, participants management) are being invoiced and billed to the client, but managed, controlled and audited by ACP - EVENT CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT. It will be supplemented to the final bill without any further agency costs.
Individual changes of the contract content or other regulations can certainly be realized.
